Forty years of tradition establishes the Aurora Colony Historical Society Strawberry Social as the best in the area.  To celebrate this longstanding tradition guests will be able to enjoy listening to a variety of music including:

  • Aurora Colony music played on recently restored colony string instruments by young adults who are descendents of original colony members,
  • and the always popular Old Time Fiddlers who have been a part of this event for many years will conclude the afternoon fun.

    • Aurora’s own Little Miss Pioneer Court will be our special guests.
    Come and enjoy a true community experience in the National Historic District of Aurora.

    Tour the new exhibit featuring the Miller Family and see quilting and spinning demonstrations in the Steinbach Log Cabin and Kraus House.
