We Need Your Help!
Please help replace lost revenue from our Farm & Village school programs
Statewide school closures and field trip cancellations have wreaked havoc on our Farm & Village school programs. The financial impact for the Society is severe. The Governor cancelled school at least through April 28, and what happens after that is a big unknown.
With 5,000 people expected this year at $10 per person, the loss of $50,000 in our budget has devastating consequences for ongoing operations. This program was the largest source of income for the entire Aurora Colony Historical Society annual budget.
One of our generous donors offered to replace a week’s worth of Farm and Village revenues and is donating $3,500! Could you help as well?
We understand that COVID-19 has affected not just health but also personal finances, but if you are at all able to help in any way we would gratefully appreciate your assistance. Donations of any amount would be welcomed. You can donate here:
The Aurora Colony was founded on a sense of community, of caring for others. With those values guiding our work, we can get through this together. Thank you for your generosity.
