A.    No

A.    No.  There is plenty of on-street parking. 2nd Street is a quiet dead end street.

A.    Washer and Dryer, fridge, range.  There is no dishwasher.

Q.   Is the yard fenced
A.    Partially fenced ample sized yard. Note: rental does not include access to the shed in the back yard.

Q.   I have a well-behaved dog / cat, will you make an exception?
A.    We are sorry, but pets are not allowed.

Q.   Heating & Cooling systems?
A.    There is a gas furnace.  There is no AC.  The prior tenant cooled the home with window ac units.

Q.   When was the house built?
A.    Approximately 1890.  As such it has a couple of quirks. Some may find the stairs to the second floor to be steep and the upstairs ceiling could be considered low at 6’4”.
